Minimum of 2 years of successful customer service experience and high school diploma.

English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Clerical -Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, handling packages, and other office procedures and terminology.

Computers and Electronics - Knowledge Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of how to search for applicable information on the internet. BuildingLink experience is a plus.

Primary Job Duties

  • Provide information about local features, such as shopping, dining, nightlife, or recreational destinations.
  • Receive, store, or deliver packages, groceries, luggage, flowers, and mail.
  • Picking up and delivering items or run errands for guests.
  • Arranging for loaner items for residents (ie. Fans, heaters, battery chargers).

  • Greeting residents and guests in a consistently polite and professional manner
  • Identifying and announcing visitors and delivery personnel
  • Responding to residents’ requests, questions and concerns in a timely fashion and following up to ensure complete resident satisfaction

  • Logging and receiving packages, ensuring packages are accounted for and that packages are distributed effectively and efficiently. Handling perishable packages such as groceries, food boxes, flowers, and take-out meals with urgency and care.
  • Strictly adhering to key control policies understanding that not adhering to these guidelines will result in immediate termination
  • Reserving amenity spaces, freight elevators, parking spots, loaner items for residents
  • Ensuring building policies and procedures are consistently enforced in a friendly, fair and firm manner
  • Conducting perimeter walks and recording shift log notes at least hourly
  • Keeping the lobby tidy, coffee area well-stocked and clean and the front desk organized for maximum efficiency
