Project Manager, People & Culture Team (Remote Eligible) Id-2499
You Will:
- Own the design, development, documentation, and execution of projects within the People (Human Resources) space (including performance management; learning; diversity, equity, & inclusion; talent acquisition; and total rewards)
- Establish relationships and work with business groups to understand needs and business goals, prioritize requests, build requirements, find and assign resources and track projects to completion
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies to achieve operational goals
- Lead project-related team meetings (i.e., kick-offs, requirements gathering, status, internal/business reviews, etc.), communicating actions and next steps
- Anticipate and advise project and team risks and lead mitigation strategies
- Iterate and scale systems and projects to meet Smartsheet's global needs
- Communicate with partners around project status, project spend, priority tradeoffs, and resource allocation; drive agreement across teams
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (PM certification)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a Project Manager or similar role
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Experience in People Operations / Human Resources
- Experience completing projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline with leading change management activities
