What You'll Do

Flatiron's real world evidence (RWE) solutions are helping life science companies accelerate oncology R&D, design clinical trials, attain regulatory approvals and much more. The Project Manager plays an instrumental role in leading the project execution and delivery of analytic services that serve our customers needs and ensuring customers derive maximum value from it. You will be the primary point of contact with our biopharma clients. You will lead a cross-functional client-facing team aimed at identifying and delivering high-impact RWE solutions across the drug development lifecycle. You will engage with clients and internal teams throughout to ensure successful project execution, delivery and client satisfaction.

Supporting Flatiron's new and fast-growing RWE services business, you'll hit the ground running in helping clients answer their highest priority research questions by leading internal cross-functional teams to execute and deliver high-value analytic solutions.

Who You Are

You are skilled in project management and structured communication (both oral and written). You have experience leading teams to deliverables that delight customers. You effectively lead cross-functional teams and value the chance to make an important impact.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years work experience in RWE project management, healthcare consulting or analytic services
  • Experience providing customers high-quality deliverables (pharmaceutical clients preferred)
  • Experience leading cross functional teams
  • Superb project management and communication skills
  • Comfort executing in projects in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving business
  • Passion to fight cancer
