Retail Merchandiser - $16.00 per hour - Retention Bonus Id-2463

Role Responsibilities:

- Besides others, your responsibilities would include:
- Establishing cordial relationships through regular communication with store representatives and management
- Educating customers and store staff regarding the benefits and features of our client's product lines and brands
- Ensuring accurate and complete execution of all required tasks, projects, resets, displays as per the given instructions
- Maintaining high work quality to meet or surpass client expectations
- Merchandising and executing all assigned projects aptly to maintain account aesthetics and deliver above-average project execution compliance consistently
- Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of all company policies
- Reporting daily to the Territory Sales Lead about all accomplished activities as well as potential sales opportunities. You must keep the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager informed about successful ventures or potential issues, specific requests, requirements, and sales opportunities
- Developing a detailed understanding of all accessible functions of handheld devices and using them consistently
- Upholding strict confidentiality regarding the company, client, and retailer affairs

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Ability to lift objects or products up to a maximum of 50 lbs. Frequent lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lbs may be required. In certain situations, you may need assistance to lift heavy items up to 100 lbs
- Tasks may involve sitting, standing, walking, hand/finger manipulation, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and mobility of the upper and lower body
- Flexibility to work different schedules, including nights, overnights, and weekends
- High School diploma or equivalent certification is mandatory
- A valid driver's license is essential as travel to other locations may be needed
- Maintenance of automobile liability insurance is a must
- Must have access to a computer with internet access, printing capabilities, and an email account
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is favored

Wage: $16.00 per hour
