Job Requirements

This role is responsible for providing a superior Guest Care experience and assisting in driving sales of automotive repair services and tires. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and making guests feel welcome during their visit.
  • Successfully complete Monro's training program to execute the selling process.
  • Engage customers, understand their needs, communicate processes and timelines, and present needed services following the Monro selling process.
  • Under the direction of management, assist with various aspects of customer care, work order completion, register assistance, facility maintenance, and outside purchase ordering.
  • Maintain an organized and neat customer waiting area.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • One (1) year of sales experience needed.
  • Preferred One (1) year of related experience in the automotive service environment.
