As an Internal Communications Vice President in Home Lending, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, orchestrating comprehensive and integrated communications. Your role will also involve managing internal communications and playing a pivotal role in formulating impactful communications for our internal audiences but ensure all efforts are consistent across external communications messaging and tactics.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of and own execution for a business-wide strategy to promote Chase MyHome, our digital homebuying experience, to employees.
  • Partner with our events colleague, develop content and local engagement recommendations in support of CEO’s year-long market tour strategy. Assist with onsite or real-time support where needed.
  • Ensure homeownership, and the role it plays in helping employees build wealth, is represented in firm-wide signature programs ex: BRG’s, cultural activations, Leadership Edge, JPMC Talks, etc.).
  • Lead other special business-wide engagement opportunities as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of and own execution for a communication strategy for key business-wide narratives around topics like: employee value proposition, National Homeownership Month, employee discount, earnings, marketplace rankings, industry awards, etc.
  • Contribute to business-wide editorial strategy.
  • Manage production of compelling multimedia content, whether shooting video, compiling user-generated content or partnering with film crew/producers/editors/graphic designers.
  • Manage the oversight of internal email distribution to the HL employee audience.
  • Lead the tracking and preparation of executive reporting, including but not limited to business reviews, engagement calendar maintenance and CCB Comms data requests.
  • Measure and analyze all internal tactics: open rates, survey results, article clicks, etc. Incorporate best practices and learnings in go-forward plans.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7 plus years of communications experience at an agency or in-house; mortgage or financial services experience required.
  • Excellent writer with purpose, audience-first mindset.
  • Visual storytelling through various tactics including video and PPT. Understanding, or experience with video production including storyboarding, shooting and editing.
  • All-around team player who willingly collaborates and contributes on both the strategic and the tactical.
  • Fluency across social media and other communications channels, with a proven ability to tap them to relevantly promote while protecting the brand.
  • Ability to manage large-scale, complex projects with discipline and precision.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; follows through to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.
  • Excellent relationship building and collaborative decision-making skills; strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-starter with ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with speed, flexibility, and adaptability.
