What you will do
• Under general direction, leads the planning and execution of large scale transformation and organizational projects, ensuring consistent alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Understands, reviews and analyzes data sets to support key decision-making
• Supports strategic planning and prioritization efforts of the portfolio
• Develops executive level presentation materials for senior leadership
• Develops project plans and team member assignments, defines specific deliverables and deadlines, and establishes project milestones for the organization.
• Supports identification of key business opportunities through performance and data reports
• Develops change management plans and strategies to minimize resistance and ensure successful adoption.
• Identifies project risks and issues, develops risk mitigation strategies, and establishes contingency plans.
• Demonstrates data analysis proficiency and analytics acumen
• Prepares and delivers executive reporting, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Directs individuals to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail.

• 5-7 years work experience

Education
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Equivalent Experience
