Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process requests in accordance with established protocols to ensure exemplary service.
  • Maintain professionalism and effective communication while working autonomously in a remote setting.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of various diseases and illnesses, coupled with substantial experience in healthcare communication.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with physicians, nurses, and other medical staff.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating proper grammar and syntax.
  • Capability to follow general instructions and operate independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in word processing and other relevant computer applications.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience OR
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 3-4 years of relevant experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience OR
  • Associate's degree and/or pertinent certifications in a health-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
