Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our construction operations and manage projects from initiation to closure.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, including planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating project activities. They will also be responsible for managing costs, facilitating timely reallocation of funding, and providing clear and concise written and oral reports and communications to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate project activities while becoming proficient in all aspects of project management.
- Manage, develop, review, and coordinate project plans, schedules, and budgets, gaining expertise in all areas.
- Effectively communicate project details, status updates, and lead planning meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field with five years of qualified experience or Associate's degree with seven years of qualified experience.
- Project management, major construction field experience, project estimating, project controls, project engineering, or comparable internal or external experience in a competitive production environment.
